The price of the product will be that indicated from time to time on the website, except where there is an obvious error. In the event of an error, Emotion will notify the buyer as soon as possible, allowing confirmation of the order at the correct amount or cancellation. However, emotion will not be obliged to supply the goods sold at the lower price indicated incorrectly.

Changes will not apply to orders for which an order confirmation has already been sent.

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with attached tax documentation.
Due to the particularity of some products sold, we will carry out some laboratory tests to verify that the returned products correspond to the products sent by Emotion without signs of alteration or infringement. Having noted this, the website will provide to refund the quantity of the product you wish to return within 14 days, including delivery costs
